Who We Are
Apt Home Care was founded in 2009 to create a compassionate care service that would treat people with respect, dignity, and first-rate care. Since its inception, Apt Home Care has focused on providing customer-focused, high-quality, professional, and compassionate home care services. Our caregivers are experienced, well-educated, and committed to ensuring a high quality of life for all of our cherished clients. All of our staff must pass a rigorous background check before joining the Apt Home Care team.

As leading private care professionals, Apt Home Care provides a multitude of home care services that range from post-hospital care and day surgery companion care to hospice care to daily home visits for meal preparation, personal care, companionship, and other needs.
At Apt Home Care, we employ our own personal-care assistants, caregivers, companions, and RN-supervised Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs). They are available day or night, hourly or full-time, to provide services in one’s own home. There is only a one-hour minimum.
In addition to providing care and services in the private residence, Apt Home Care also provides private care for individuals in assisted living and retirement communities, as well as nursing homes.

Marina Geller, Managing Director
Marina is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. Marina exhibits a true commitment to caring for others. She has been very passionate about providing excellent care for her clients for over ten years. "I love being able to care for people. I enjoy helping people in their home environment. I believe it supports their vitality and allows them to live with dignity and comfort."
Marina is a proud member of the Midwest Region of the Alzheimer's Association and has received honors for her work caring for seniors with dementia.
Marina enjoys creating highly personalized plans of care for her customers, which include very detailed, individual-specific considerations for each client and their families. She is licensed by the State of Illinois to provide home care services.
